Refund Policy

At Montessori of Mt. Pleasant School d/b/a Little Learners Lodge, we are committed to providing quality educational services and programs. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

  • All tuition, registration fees, deposits, and payments for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Payments made for special programs, events, or workshops are refundable only if canceled by Montessori of Mt. Pleasant School.

  • If a refund is approved, the transaction fee associated with the original payment will be deducted from the refunded amount.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Program Cancellation: If we cancel a program or class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.

  • Withdrawal Before Start Date: If written notice of withdrawal is provided at least 30 days before the program start date, a partial refund may be issued at the school's discretion.

  • Medical or Emergency Situations: In cases of medical emergencies preventing participation, a prorated refund may be considered with proper documentation.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • If you have concerns about a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly at info@littlelearnerslodge.com before initiating a dispute with your bank.

  • Filing a chargeback may result in additional processing fees, and we reserve the right to deny future services to individuals who file fraudulent or excessive chargebacks.

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

  • We do not cover any bank processing fees or third-party transaction fees associated with the refund.
